Sate Ayam - Bagi Anda penggemar sate ayam, Anda harus mencoba kelezatan sate ayam yg satu ini. Yaitu sate jeron ayam, Selain rasa daging sate ayamnya yg lezat, aroma bumbunya juga harum sekali.

Nah Berikut Ini Tips Membuat Sate Ayam Jeroan.

Bahan Sate Ayam:

· 3 sdm minyak utk menumis

· 200 ml santan kental

· 500 gr jeroan ayam, bersihkan, potong-potong

· tusuk sate

Haluskan:

· 6 bh cabai merah

· 3 siung bawang putih

· 7 bh bawang merah

· 3 btr kemiri

· 1/2 sdt terasi

· 1 cm lengkuas

· 1 sdm air asam

· 1 sdt garam

· 2 sdm gula pasir

Cara membuat sate ayam isi jeroan:

· Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum dan matang. Tuangi santan, aduk rata, didihkan.

· Masukkan jeroan ayam, aduk rata. Masak hingga santan meresap.

· Tusuk dgn tusuk sate 5-7 potong. Lakukan sampai semua bahan habis.

· Bakar di atas bara api sambil sesekali olesi dgn bumbu hingga matang. Angkat, sajikan.
